Fire & Smoke Damper Certification

Periodic testing and documentation of fire and smoke dampers is recommended by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), U.L., JCAHO, IBC and the AMCA. Because failures are unpredictable, fire marshals, inspectors, building owners and insurance underwriters need assurance that the HVAC life safety will function properly when needed.
